Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Card offers a 25% discount.
2. Hotel prices are based on the lowest standard price found on Booking.com.
3. Applies to refundable hotel bookings only.
4. Some countries/cities charge additional fees to travellers, such as city taxes or resort fees. These are payable by you directly at the hotel and are not included within the cost of any bookings.
5. Not applicable to ‘Pay at the property’ stays.
6. Flight prices are based on official airline websites only.
7. Gift Card purchased by 17 December 2024 will be activated on 1 January 2025. Gift Card purchased between 18 and 26 December will be activated on 1 April 2025.
8. A seven-day notice is required to book for refundable hotels and/or flights.
9. Minimum purchase is £750 and the face value is £1,000.
10. Gift Cars is non-refundable.
11. Gift Card paid into member’s GTO wallet are not eligible for standard GTO discounts.
12. Gift Card paid into member’s GTO wallet cannot be used in conjunction with Kudos points.
13. Gift Card paid into member’s GTO wallet cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions.
14. Gift Card can only be used for new bookings. Cancelling an existing booking and then rebooking is not permitted.
15. Gift Card expires on 31 December 2026.
16. Customers’ pricing screenshots must be sent to the Personal Travel Assistant Team within 30 minutes of capture.
17. Prices before discount given by customers should be the final price that appears on the payment part of the booking or comparison website and must include any taxes, administration, booking or other fees.
18. Bookings will be finalised and confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
19. Customers can pay using an online payment link provided by the Personal Travel Assistant Team. Payment can be made by credit / debit cards (including American Express), bank transfer or PayPal.
20. A maximum of 5% discount applies to Genius, Basic, Getaway, mobile app and any other membership privileges or special offers. The level of discount given is dependent on card membership level.
21. This promotion ends on 26 December 2024.
22. Gift Card can be used to book for yourself, family and friends.
23. Payment accepted in GBP only.
24. A maximum of £100,000.00 Gift Card per member can be bought.
25. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
