Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Hotel prices are based on the lowest standard price found on Booking.com.
2. Some countries/cities charge additional fees to travellers, such as city taxes or resort fees. These are payable by you directly at the hotel and are not included within the cost of any bookings.
3. The promotion is not applicable to ‘Pay at the property’ stays.
4. Kudos points earned from bookings cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions.
5. Kudos points purchased cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions.
6. Topups paid into member’s GTO wallet can be used to book anything with GTO, however, topups cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions. At least 30 days notice is required for bookings made using your topups.
7. Travel Pounds cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers or promotions.
8. The promotion can only be used for new bookings. Cancelling an existing booking and then rebooking is not permitted.
9. This promotion applies to new payments only. The promotion will not apply where payment is made using credit that already exists in the members’ GTO wallet.
10. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or with the member’s standard GTO discounts.
11. Customers’ pricing screenshots must be sent to the Personal Travel Assistant Team within 30 minutes of capture.
12. Prices before discount given by customers should be the final price that appears on the payment part of the booking or comparison website and must include any taxes, administration, booking or other fees.
13. Bookings will be finalised and confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
14. A maximum of 5% discount applies to Genius, Basic, Getaway, mobile app and any other membership privileges or special offers. The level of discount given is dependent on card membership level.
15. Prices for flights must be from the official airline website only, other websites (eg. Skyscanner, Booking.com, etc.) will not be considered.
17. The free flight claimed in 2025 can be booked from May 2025.
18. The value of each booking is treated individually, each booking for 2025 can be up to the same value of each booking in 2024. If the value is higher, the difference can be paid.
19. Flight can be booked on its own in 2024, when claiming the free flight in 2025, a full price refundable hotel must be booked together. Hotel value must be at least equal to the flight value.
20. The offer applies to refundable hotel bookings only.
21. Booking period in 2024 is 25 August 2024 to 31 December 2024. Booking period in 2025 is 1 June 2025 to 31 December 2025.
22. The names of the guests must be identical for both 2024 and 2025 bookings.
23. Hotel only bookings are accepted.
24. No standard discount is applied in this promotion.

25. Payment will only be accepted by credit card, debit card or bank transfer and must be made in GBP.
26. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
